LSPedia has launched OneLink, a standalone application with integrated OneScan® capabilities that addresses significant unmet needs in the pharmaceutical supply chain:
To manage the full lifecycle of a serialized product from sale to RMA
To process the return, recall, or withdrawal of that product
To reconcile the financial consequences of refund and chargeback for the corresponding events with serial-level precision
This Pilot Program invites a select cohort of pharmaceutical trading partners — including manufacturers (MAHs), wholesale distributors, and dispensers — to experience these capabilities hands-on across a structured 12-week engagement. Each trading partner plays a distinct role in the pilot, mirroring how product lifecycle events, reverse logistics, and financial reconciliation flow through the real supply chain.
The pharmaceutical industry has invested heavily in serialization and DSCSA compliance. But for many trading partners, the operational and financial value of that investment is still largely unrealized.
RMAs are still managed the old way, recall processes are still manual, and financial losses from unchecked RMAs, chargebacks, and rebate reversals continue to erode margins.
Wholesale distributors face inconsistent manufacturer recall notices, unreliable downstream impact lists, and limited visibility when 3PLs process returns on the manufacturer’s behalf.
Dispensers often spend valuable time reviewing recall notices for products not in their inventory. Stop, sweep, and return processes remain manual, creating unnecessary work and added compliance risk.
Serial-level execution, automated partner engagement, streamlined workflows, and financial truth by serial number.
A structured 12-week engagement to validate serialized lifecycle workflows, mobile participation, recall management, KPI improvement, and financial reconciliation across real trading partner scenarios.
Demonstrate the full workflow for returns, RMA, and recall using Serialized Lifecycle Management and OneLink in sequence.
Validate that distributors, dispensers, and clinics can engage with manufacturers through the OneLink mobile app and capture data quickly through barcode scanning.
Confirm that wholesale distributors can replace manual, fragmented processes with centralized recall event ingestion, serial-level impact scoping, and automated customer notifications.
Establish baseline KPIs — including time-to-scope, time-to-close, return rate, communication tracking, product tracking, and decommissioning — then measure improvement over the pilot.
Collaborate on an integration plan for reverse data sharing with ERP and chargeback systems to reconcile credits, chargebacks, rebates, and GPO fees triggered by SLM events.
Give participants a direct feedback channel with LSPedia’s product team to help shape the final product release.
Participation is by invitation, pilot registration, and available cohort slots. Approved participants will take part in a structured 12-week engagement designed to test real serialized lifecycle workflows across trading partner roles.
Complete the Serialized Lifecycle Management Pilot Program registration form.
LSPedia will review applications based on cohort fit and available pilot slots.
A mutual NDA will be provided after participation is approved.
