Lauren joins LSPedia from Reveal, an AI-powered eDiscovery and legal software company, where she most recently served as Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of Operations. At Reveal, Lauren played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution from a high-growth startup to an industry leader, powering 10x ARR growth over a five-year period by building the systems, processes, and operational discipline that enabled scale and sustained performance across global teams.

With a strong background in operational excellence, process design, and executive alignment, Lauren has a proven ability to drive growth and scalability in fast-paced SaaS environments. She partnered closely with Reveal’s executive leadership and private equity sponsors to lead initiatives spanning strategic acquisitions, cost optimization, and cross-functional integration—resulting in stronger governance, faster decision-making, and sustained performance improvements.
