Michael has really assisted a lot in this issue we had with our vendor. Our vendor and their data provider (TraceLink) have been very slow to respond and not very helpful in general, even on technical issues that TraceLink should have all the info to share. Michael kept up with the whole issue, always responding rapidly when it was a Onescan issue or we needed input, and has even reached out multiple times to try to push it along. Really makes me happy we went with LSPedia.
