Vice President Operations

Responsible for quality, customer service, and professional service. Work with Executive Management to define the strategic direction, goals, and KPIs. Develop framework, method, and plans to execute company’s goals and measure the progress using meaningful KPIs. Lead and guide directors, managers, and staff to perform their jobs better and more efficiently.

Director of Professional Services

Effectively lead the professional services team and oversee all software implementations. Plan, direct, and coordinate the implementation projects according to executed contracts conforming to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Formulate process flow, manage expectations and risks, and execute customer engagement programs.

Director of Quality

Actively develop and execute company’s quality strategic plan, certification programs, customer audits, software releases, and supplier audits. Responsible to develop, implement, and continuously improve Quality Management System that improve company’s software quality, services qualities, and IT security. Comply to government regulations and industry quality system requirements.

HR Manager

Effectively guide and train new and existing employees of handbook, policies, SOPs. Collaborate with Sr. Managers to develop and implement personnel policies or procedures, recruiting strategies, hiring process, job responsibilities. Manage job postings. Search, qualify, and interview candidates via job banks, recruiting websites, networks, social media, job fairs, and employee referrals.

Quickbooks Bookkeeper

Manage QuickBooks bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounts receivables. Set up and update products, customers, payment methods, vendors, and employees. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, loan accounts and all balance sheet accounts. Review general ledger and post adjusting journal entries. Provide relevant statements and report to Accountant for Taxes.

Product Manager

Define and translate user requirements into design specification and functional requirement. Manage complex software development and integration development environment for software suite. Apply collaborative and continuous improvement concepts to software development.

IT Project Manager

Virtually manage every aspect of the software implementation process and will work cross-functionally with the team, customers, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts. Ensure projects are effectively executed meeting all deliverables under the SOP. Keep internal team and customers team focused, energized and on track to meet the objectives of the project plan.

Sales Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.

Software Engineer

Develop, create, and modify computer applications software. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Responsibilities include designing and customizing software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.

Systems Analyst

Identify and respond to data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. Responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.

Support Engineer

We are hiring level 1, level 2, and level 3 Support Engineers. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with calm and measured demeanor, with admin level experience to Window based computers and servers. Experience with Managed File Transfers (AS2, sFTP), XML, EDI preferred. Trainee program available for new college grads.
