As the industry hurtles toward the November deadline for distributors to verify serialized products, LSPediA Inc. is proud to announce that it is sponsoring an expanded survey of serialization readiness.
For the fourth year in a row, the Health Distribution Alliance is conducting a DSCSA “readiness survey” of manufacturers. This year HDA is expanding the survey to include distributors. The purpose of the survey is to understand the flow of serialized product and data, as well as the perceived challenges manufacturers and distributors face with DSCSA compliance.
The survey questions are related to the DSCSA requirement for distributors to begin verifying serialized saleable returns by Nov. 27, 2019, as well as the requirement for an interoperable, electronic system in 2023. The results of this survey will be shared at HDA’s annual Traceability Seminar to be held Oct. 21 through Oct. 23 in Washington, D.C.
HDA is seeking only one response per company, and request surveys be submitted by May 31. You can find the survey here.
The research will be carried out by Industry Insights, is an industry‐leading research firm that is not affiliated with HDA or the HDA Research Foundation. Industry Insights hosts the surveys, gathers and tabulates all survey data. The information that your company sends to Industry Insights is strictly confidential and at no point does the Foundation, HDA, or survey sponsors have access to individual survey data.
